VW Golf MK5 Headlight Duct

After many customers requesting us to release the MK5 Golf headlight duct that we made, we are now able to offer this product for you! 

Mounted in the passenger headlight directing air directly into most aftermarket open intakes

This product is not for road use as it removes the N/S high beam and side light (headlight and indicator remain unchanged)

Product does come with a template to cut headlight lens, once cut you will need to trim the lens slightly bit by bit to get the perfect fit, heat the duct up with a heat gun to allow it to mould into the headlight, we do also leave a little extra on the end of the duct that will need to be trimmed to get the perfect fit. we suggest using a waterproof silicone to secure the duct and fill any small gaps to stop water getting into the headlight and then use the original headlight cap to stop water entering the intake on raining days
