Quantum Platinum Plus 5W40

Quantum Platinum Plus 5W-40 is a premium high-performance engine oil designed for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles and manufactured using Quantum QFX technology. QFX provides significant performance benefits compared to conventional oils. These benefits including the highest performance for the entire oil drain period, improved fuel economy, reduced wear and easier cold starts even at very low temperatures. Platinum Plus 5W-40 is suitable for use in highly stressed downsized engines and with stop-start systems.

Quantum Platinum Plus  5W-40 satisfies the requirements of vehicles fitted with exhaust gas aftertreatment devices such as SCR and DPF. As well as being approved for use in VW, Audi, Porsche, Seat and Skoda Quantum Platinum Plus 5W-40 is also suitable for use in Mercedes Benz, Fiat and any vehicle where ACEA C3 is the requirement. Quantum Platinum 5W-40 should only be used in diesel engines running on low sulphur fuel. Quantum Platinum Plus 5W-40 will mix with other oil but to gain the full benefit and to fully utilise the QFX Technology it is recommended to change the oil completely when changing to the Quantum grade.
